Illinois Launches Call Center to Help with COVID-19 Appointments

Illinois has launched a call center to help residents set up appointments for their COVID-19 vaccine shots.  All states, including Illinois and Iowa, are preparing for increased shipments of the vaccine.  Illinois health officials say the call center will be critical in helping residents navigate the appointment process.  The call center opened this weekend and will be staffed from six in the morning until midnight.  Its number is 1-833-621-1284.  That’s 1-833-621-1284.
