Illinois Senate Passes Bill Extending To-Go Cocktails Until 2024

The Illinois Senate is advancing a bill that would extend the ability of bars and restaurants to offer cocktails to-go and for delivery until 2024.  The current law is set to expire in June.  The Senate passed the bill unanimously and is expected to pass in the House.  The bill has received public support from Governor J.B. Pritzker.
