Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s administration has until today (Wednesday) to start producing evidence justifying COVID-19 restrictions on restaurants. CookCountyRecord.com reports a Sangamon County judge last month denied the governor’s motion to strike discovery in a case brought by FoxFire restaurant in Geneva. The order requires the state to start disclosing “reasonably responsive” information to attorneys for FoxFire by March 3 or face sanctions.
