Illinois is set to expand COVID-19 eligibility under Phase One-B. The change is expected to happen Thursday and will include those 16 and older with underlying health conditions. Some of the conditions included are cancer, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and heart conditions. The increased number of vaccinations will be given as supply allows.
