The Macon County Health Department will be holding a 2nd Dose COVID-19 Moderna Vaccination Clinic on Thursday, February 4th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Richland Community College. The COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at RCC will be held at the National Sequestration Education Center at 3357 N. President Howard Brown Blvd. near the wind turbines.
This clinic is ONLY for those who received their first dose from the MCHD between December 30th and January 8th. At this time, those who are not eligible to receive their 2nd dose will be turned away.
Those who are in need of their 2nd dose can schedule an appointment by:

***Please note that clicking the “Add to Calendar” link does not reserve an appointment slot. Once a person has successfully scheduled an appointment, a confirmation email will be sent and the person will be able to print out a “ticket”. It is recommended to print and bring the ticket to the scheduled appointment. However, a person will still be permitted even if they are unable to print their ticket. If a confirmation email is not received, a person does NOT have a confirmed appointment and will be turned away.***

Those who plan to attend should:
Bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (received during first dose);
Bring a work ID badge or current paystub to verify frontline essential worker status or a form of ID to verify age to prove eligibility (persons must reside or be employed in Macon County);
Bring a copy of your insurance card. If you are unable to make a copy, please bring the original;
Wear a short sleeve shirt and face covering;
Complete vaccine forms, print, and bring them to the clinic to save time. The vaccine forms can be found by visiting maconcountyhealth.org. If you are unable to complete and print the forms, they will also be available onsite;
Be prepared to go through a screening process that includes answering questions and a temperature check.
Those who have tested positive for COVID-19 since receipt of their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine must have been released from isolation by their contact tracer to attend the vaccination clinic. Persons who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding are required to bring an order or note from their doctor to receive the vaccine.
