A House Democrat is submitting a bill calling for term limits in the General Assembly. This is the seventh session in a row that Representative Anthony DeLuca has filed the same joint resolution. The constitutional amendment question would ask voters to limit lawmakers to six years in the House and ten years in the Senate. The proposal has never made it out of the Rules Committee, but DeLuca says he hopes that will change under a new Speaker.
