Yoder to Retire as Treasurer at the End of January

Republican Macon County Treasurer Ed Yoder is resigning his office effective January 31st.  In a letter to the Macon County Clerk Yoder says he plans to retire after holding the Treasurer’s job for 10 years and 2 months.  Yoder says he is retiring for health reasons.  The Macon County Board will appoint another Republican to finish up Yoder’s term in either February or March.
