Senator Sara Feigenholtz of Chicago is sponsoring the new legislation that allows bars and restaurants to sell pre-made cocktails for delivery or pickup. The bill also allows retailers to pay distributors with a credit card and makes it easier to accept donations of things like tents and heaters.
