Two former boat dealership employees are facing fraud charges. Prosecutors say 55-year-old Jeffery Gibbs and 45-year-old Kara Wilkey have been indicted on charges of wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, and aggravated identity theft. Prosecutors say the two used their positions at Clinton Marine’s dealerships in east Peoria and Weldon to commit fraud. The scheme cost their employer, banks, and dealership customers over two-million dollars. The two allegedly spent all the money on goods, vacations, credit cards, and utilities.
