Farmer City Holds Annual Christmas Parade Despite COVID-19 Restrictions

New COVID-19 restrictions in Illinois aren’t shutting down all events.  Farmer City held its annual Christmas parade over the weekend featuring several floats that threw candy to children.  Organizers say they felt the event was safe because people could socially distance outside.  Dewitt County has 570 known COVID-19 cases.
