Illinois’ COVID-19 testing effort is over the eight-million mark and the state Department of Public Health is urging anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 on Election Day to get tested. Illinois Public Health Director Doctor Ngozi Ezike says if you were a poll worker, stood in election lines, or took part in any rallies, it’s a good idea to get tested. Doctor Ezike says it could take up to two weeks sometimes to show infection.
