Illinois Governor JB Pritzker says local mayors and county boards need to make sure bars, restaurants, and stores are following the new rules that limit crowds. If not, he says local leaders will be responsible for the coronavirus cases that follow. The Quad Cities, western Illinois, and the rest of the state all go under new restrictions starting today. Those restrictions close bars and restaurants for inside service. Some cities have said they will not follow those rules.
