State Representative Butler Tests Positive For COVID-19

Illinois State Representative Tim Butler is positive for COVID-19.  Butler is from Springfield and says he was experiencing symptoms over the weekend and got tested at a Walgreens.  He says he received his positive result within 30 minutes and is now quarantining in the basement of his home.
