Deadly Crash Between Motorcyclist, Semi Under Investigation

A deadly crash between a motorcyclist and a semi in Macon County is under investigation.  The crash happened near Oakley and Caleb roads Saturday night.  Officials says 45-year-old Ricky Allen Smith of Mt. Zion suffered a massive head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene.  Routine toxicology testing and a coroner’s inquest are pending.
