Logan County, Sheriff Being Sued By Inmates

Logan County and its Sheriff are being sued by seven inmates in the Logan County Jail.  The lawsuits ask for damages saying they were kept on the same cell block after two inmates there had tested positive for COVID-19.  Six of the seven inmates have tested positive for COVID-19.  Sheriff Mark Landers says there are still eleven positive cases in the jail, but that he can’t comment on pending litigation.
