The deadline for Illinois renters to apply for state aid is extended another week. Governor J.B. Pritzker announced today the Illinois Housing Development Authority extended the deadline to help eligible tenants facing financial impacts from the coronavirus pandemic. Applications are now due by noon, August 28th, and landlords will have until August 30th to complete their portion of the applications.
