A rising number of COVID-19 cases in Illinois could bring back restrictions. The Illinois Department of Public Health website outlines the criteria that will be used to determine if a region needs to move back a phase in the Restore Illinois plan. The state is currently in phase four which brought the reopening of bars, indoor dining, and other activities. The over 16-hundred statewide COVID-19 cases announced yesterday was the highest single-day amount reported since May 25th.
