Officials are citing the misuse of fireworks as a factor in a two-alarm fire in Decatur. Crews responded Saturday night to a vacant house in the 18-hundred-block of North Church Street. The blaze was fought from outside because firefighters say the house was filled with garbage and was unsafe for firefighters to enter. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
