Pritzker Facing Lawsuit From Pro-Life Group

Governor J.B. Pritzker is facing a lawsuit from a pro-life group related to his stay-at-home order.  Illinois Right To Life leaders say the order violates their organization’s right to freedom of assembly.  Group leaders say they were motivated to file suit after seeing Pritzker join in a protest.  They are seeking permission to gather without fear of retribution.  Gyms, salons, several lawmakers, and political parties have also sued Pritzker over the order.
