Peoria Park District officials say a group of major festivals are being canceled. The park district announced the decision yesterday, citing concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic. Events between today and September 27th have been canceled, including the CEFCU Thursday Night Jazz Series, River City Soul Fest, India Fest, and the Fine Art Fair. Officials say the events will “come back bigger and better” in 2021.
