Machesney Park lawmaker becomes second to sue Pritzker for stay-at-home extension

A second Illinois lawmaker says he plans to sue over the governor’s extension of the stay-at-home order.

Representative John Cabello (R) of Machesney Park says the lawsuit he plans to file will apply to anyone.  A judge granted a temporary restraining order to the extension of the stay-at-home order as part of a lawsuit filed by Representative Darren Bailey.  That ruling only applies to Bailey.
