The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Illinois is nearing 44,000.
Governor J.B. Pritzker announced over 2,100 new cases of the virus yesterday, along with almost 60 more deaths. Pritzker reminded the public about the importance of social distancing, wearing masks, and following the stay-at-home order. The governor says enforcement measures will be taken if people aren’t complying with the executive order requiring those things.
