The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Illinois is continuing to rise.
Governor J.B. Pritzker announced a 1,222 person increase in virus cases yesterday. Pritzker also revealed 74 more deaths from the coronavirus, bringing the statewide total to 868. Over 4,000 people are hospitalized because of the virus, with nearly 1,200 of those in ICU.
