A University of Washington School of Medicine study is projecting that Illinois COVID-19 deaths will peak in mid-April.
The model shows that the state won’t run out of hospital and intensive care unit beds. The state is expected to reach a high of 91 deaths per day on Sunday and is estimated to fall to zero by early May.
