The Trump administration has proposed to Congress The US Coronavirus relief plan.
The plan would have checks being made out to families in order to help the economy in what experts are already calling a recession.
This money though would depend on the family, with parents each getting $1,000 and then $500 per child.
This is bigger than the straight $1,000 per household that was mentioned earlier by GOP Senator Mitt Romney.
The plan would exclude the super wealthy in an attempt to only give the money to those who need it.
The plan is estimated to cost upward of $1 Trillion dollars.
This would be back-boned by the plan made by the treasury, to use $500B to help citizens.
If the plan goes through we would be seeing money being directly deposited into accounts and then have it happen again six weeks later if the national emergency still exists.
