(Chicago, IL) — The CEO of United Airlines is making an apology tour as the company faces a lot of fallout over a passenger being dragged from an overbooked flight Sunday at O’Hare. CEO Oscar Munoz told ABC News today that such an incident will never happen again on a United flight. He said the airline will no longer use police to remove a passenger in a similar situation. The officer from the Chicago Aviation Department police who was involved is on leave as the city investigates the incident. Munoz also said he doesn’t think any fault lies with the passenger, Dr. David Dao of Louisville. Dao has hired a high-powered Chicago law firm to represent him.
