(Lincoln, IL) — February of 2017 is going to stick-out like a sore thumb in the weather record books in Illinois. The National Weather Service says cities from north to south set records for heat once again yesterday. Nearly a dozen communities saw record highs for February. More records could be broken today and tomorrow. Temperatures are expected to once again be in the 70s.
