Cubs To Be Honored At White House Monday

(Washington, DC)  —  The World Series champion Cubs will be honored by President Obama before he leaves office.  WMAQ-TV first reported the team will visit the White House on Monday.  Obama extended an invitation to the Cubs on Twitter in November just after the North Siders won their first World Series title in 108 years.
