The LSA volleyball team put one in the win column on Tuesday night as they took down Decatur Christian in straight sets, 25-21 and 25-7. It was a tight first set that LSA was able to hold on to moving into the second set, which was dominated by Lions as they rolled to a 25-7 second set victory to earn their first win of the season. Kassey Stock led the Lions offense with seven kills, McKynna Tolle tallied 11 digs and Kyra Clark chipped in seven assists. Decatur Christian was led by Morgan Wendt who finished the night with six kills and Lauren Artime racked up nine assists. LSA is 1-2 and will head on the road tomorrow night to take on Clinton and with loss Decatur Christian falls to 0-3.
