Sports News for Sunday, April 10th 2016

The Chicago Cubs beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-2.   Kris Bryant hit two doubles and Ben Zobrist added three hits for the Cubs.  Kyle Hendricks picked up the win for Chicago.

The Chicago White Sox knocked off the Cleveland Indians 7-3.  Avasail Garcia hit a three-run homer to lead the Sox.   Chris Sale was the winning hurler for the White Sox.

The St. Louis Cardinals clobbered the Atlanta Braves 12-2.   Kolten Wong had three hits and scored three runs for St. Louis.   Carlos Martinez was the winning pitcher for the Cardinals and also drove in two runs himself.

The Chicago Bulls beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-102 at the United Center Saturday night.   Jimmy Butler had 21 points and Pau Gasol garnered 12 rebounds to lead the Bulls.  Lebron James scored 33 points in the losing effort for the Cavs.

The Masters PGA Golf Tournament concludes Sunday in Augusta, Georgia.   Texan Jordan Speith leads by one stroke heading into the final round sitting at 3 under for the first 54 holes.   Fellow American Smylie Kaufman is at -2, one shot behind Spieth.   Bernhard Langer is only two shots back of the lead and would be the oldest to win in Masters history at age 58.   Jack Nicklaus won at age 46.
