Thompson took Addison Reed deep for the third walk-off homer of his career. Daniel Palka hit a two-run shot for the Sox, who overcame a 5-1 fourth-inning deficit to snap a four-game losing streak. Nate Jones got the final out in the top of the ninth to get credit for the win.
