(New York, NY) — The Houston Rockets are losing a pair of players to suspension following an altercation in Los Angeles. Trevor Ariza and Gerald Green are being suspended two games each for entering the Clippers’ locker room following Houston’s 113-102 loss on Monday. Ariza, Green, Chris Paul and James Harden went to the LA locker room to reportedly confront LA’s Austin Rivers and Blake Griffin.

(Chicago, IL) — The Warriors came to life in the third quarter and ran away with a 119-112 win over the Bulls at the United Center. Chicago was outscored 32-to-12 out of halftime. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 13 threes and 68 points in the victory. Nikola Mirotic piled up 24 points off the bench for the Bulls, who had a three-game winning streak snapped. They’re at the Hawks on Saturday.

(Chicago, IL) — Bulls guard Kris Dunn chipped and dislocated two of his front teeth in yesterday’s loss. Dunn was tested for a concussion, but didn’t have any symptoms. He will be re-evaluated today. Dunn had 16 points with five rebounds in 30 minutes.

(Brooklyn, NY) — It doesn’t sound like the Spurs are getting star Kawhi [[ kah-WHY ]] Leonard back anytime soon. San Antonio announced on Wednesday the small forward will be out indefinitely due to his right quadriceps tendinopathy. Leonard is currently going through a rehabilitation process. Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich said Leonard will return this season.

(Undated) — The Jets and Steelers are both shaking up their coaching staffs. New York fired offensive coordinator John Morton after only one season on the job. Jets head coach Todd Bowles will now be looking for his third OC in three seasons. One possibility is Todd Haley. Pittsburgh won’t be renewing Todd Haley’s contract. He had been their offensive coordinator since 2012.
>>Pats’ Brady Limited In Practice
(Foxboro, MA) — The Patriots listed quarterback Tom Brady as limited for Wednesday’s practice. The designation stated Brady is dealing with a right hand injury. He did not speak with the media after practice as he was scheduled to. The “Boston Herald” reports the injury happened when Brady ran into a teammate and hit his hand. X-rays showed no structural damage.

(Indianapolis, IN) — Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is in line to become the Colts’ new head coach. Multiple reports have confirmed McDaniel’s hiring, but he can’t officially accept the job until New England’s season is over. The Pats face the Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.

(Tuscaloosa, AL) — Number-20 Auburn saw its 14-game win streak come to an end with a 76-71 loss to rival Alabama in Tuscaloosa. John Petty hit eight threes on his way to 27 points for the Crimson Tide, who are 12-and-6 overall and 4-and-2 in the SEC. The Tigers were outscored by eight in the second half and fell to 16-and-2 and 4-and-1. ‘Bama did not have star freshman point guard Collin Sexton due to injury.

(Madison, WI) — Illinois plays its second straight road game tomorrow night at Wisconsin. The Fighting Illini lost a 64-63 heartbreaker at Nebraska on Monday. It was their fourth straight setback. Illinois is 10-and-9 on the season, but still winless in the Big Ten at 0-and-6. The Badgers have lost their last three to fall to 9-and-10.

(Chicago, IL) — The Cubs are keeping a key piece of their bullpen. According to multiple outlets, Chicago has re-signed left-hander Brian Duensing to a two-year contract worth seven-million-dollars. The 34-year-old went 1-and-1 with a 2.74 ERA in 68 appearances last season.
