Justin Turner’s two-run homer in the sixth snapped a 1-all tie. Dallas Keuchel took the loss for Houston. The Dodgers host Game Two of the best-of-seven series tonight.

(Seattle, WA) — The Seahawks are trying to boost their pass rush. Seattle signed defensive end Dwight Freeney on Tuesday. The 37-year-old has been a pass-rush specialist late in his career, spending the last two seasons with the Cardinals and Falcons. Seattle needs help with Cliff Avril on injured reserve.

(Indianapolis, IN) — Former Colts linebacker and current assistant coach Robert Mathis is facing drunken driving charges in Indiana following his arrest early this morning. Multiple outlets report Mathis was pulled over in Carmel after driving the wrong way on a one-way street and did not use his turn signal. The 36-year-old was hired to be the Colts’ pass-rush consultant just last month after retiring.

(Philadelphia, PA) — The Eagles have the best record in the NFL, but the rest of their season just got a little bit tougher. Philadelphia has lost a starter on offense and defense for the rest of the season. Left tackle Jason Peters is done with multiple injuries to his right knee, while Hicks suffered a ruptured right Achilles tendon. The Eagles are 6-and-1. They host the 0-and-7 49ers on Sunday.

(Las Vegas, NV) — The Blackhawks weren’t able to cool off the Golden Knights as they fell 4-2 in Las Vegas. Chicago took a 1-0 lead shorthanded off the stick of John Hayden, but gave up a goal to William Karlsson 26 seconds later on the same power play. Vegas scored the next three goals to clinch the victory. Patrick Kane had the other tally late for Chicago, which is 5-3-and-2. The Hawks host the Preds on Friday.

(St. Louis, MO) — The Blues and Flames face off against one another tonight at Scottrade Center. The Blues had their two-game winning streak snapped with a 3-2 overtime loss at Vegas on Saturday. St. Louis is 6-2-and-1 and leads the Central Division with 13 points, one ahead of Chicago. Calgary is fourth in the Pacific Division with 10 points at 4-4-and-0.
>>Bulls Fall To Cavs In Cleveland
(Cleveland, OH) — The Bulls are still winless on the season. LeBron James put up 34 points with 13 assists as the Cavaliers beat the Bulls 119-112 in Cleveland. Justin Holiday had a team-high 25 points for Chicago. Lauri Markkanen chipped in with 19 points and eight boards as the Bulls dropped their third straight to start the season. They host the Hawks tomorrow night.

(Champaign, IL) — The Illinois football team gets a visit from fifth-ranked Wisconsin this weekend. The Fighting Illini host the Badgers at 11 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Illinois has dropped five straight games since a 2-and-0 start. The Illini are 2-and-5, including 0-and-4 in the Big Ten. Wisconsin is a perfect 7-and-0 overall with a 4-and-0 conference record.
