(Springfield, IL) — Former Illinois Congressman Aaron Schock says he needs until July to prepare his defense. The indicted former congressman earlier this week asked a judge to push his trial back from February. Schock says he needs to prep about 100 witnesses. The federal government is charging Schock with lying on his campaign and government reimbursement accounts.
