A second suspect has pleaded guilty in the 2011 murder of Caleb Witty in Decatur. Bobby Gipson pleaded down to second-degree murder, just days after Michael Wallace entered a guilty plea in the same case. Decatur Police arrested Gipson in Tennessee 13 years after the killing, then arrested Wallace the following day.
