Decatur Memorial Hospital is asking area residents to share their thoughts on local health needs through a community health survey.
The survey is designed to help Memorial Health better understand the challenges facing people in the communities it serves and identify areas where health programs and community resources may be needed.
Community feedback can help identify the issues that matter most to residents and guide decisions about future health services and programs.
Residents still have time to participate, but the survey deadline is October 31.
