That’s really disheartening news out of Niantic. Maddox Sweet Corn Farm says one of their farm stands was burglarized, with money stolen from the honor box — including drink and produce money the owners say belonged to their 9-year-old and 16-year-old granddaughters.
The farm shared the news on Facebook Wednesday morning, while also thanking the community for its continued support of their family stand. They wrote, “Thank you to everyone in the community who have supported our family farm and this stand.”
