Fourth Man Charged In Deadly Shooting In Decatur

A fourth suspect is now charged in connection with a deadly shooting last month in Decatur. Police say Deamontae Weaver was shot and killed on May 22nd inside a home in the 900 block of West Center Street. Authorities arrested Javonte Reed yesterday on a charge of first-degree murder. Three others—Kylin Walker, Jarvis Smith Junior, and Zyishon Estes—had already been arrested on the same charge. Investigators have not released additional details about what led up to the shooting. Decatur Police say the case remains under investigation.
