Issaih Flagg has admitted responsibility for a fatal crash in Decatur that claimed two lives last August. Flagg entered a guilty plea to charges of reckless homicide and driving with drugs in his system. Investigators report that Flagg struck Candace Wilt and Christopher Cox in the 1500 block of West Main Street. Wilt was pronounced dead at the scene; Cox died later at the hospital. At the time of the incident, Flagg was behind the wheel despite having a suspended license. Sentencing details are expected to follow as the legal process continues.
