COALITION CALLS FOR MORE ACTION ON DATA CENTERS

The Illinois Clean Jobs Coalition is urging state leaders for stronger measures to address the growing impact of data centers. Still, the coalition argues that the issues—ranging from energy demand to environmental risks—affect communities beyond ComEd’s reach and require statewide solutions. Advocates insist that input from the General Assembly is essential to fully protect Illinois families, businesses, and the state’s clean energy goals.
