State law requires all ballot tabulators to notify the voter when they have not voted for all statewide
constitutional offices. The machine will notify the voter by displaying a message on the screen
stating which statewide offices they did not vote. Voters are not required to vote for any office.
They can choose to go back and vote for that office, or they can choose to send the ballot through
without voting for that office. If a voter does not vote for an office, all other votes will be counted.
