Illinois AG Joins Effort To Fight Domestic Violence By Donating Ring Cameras

Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul is joining forces with Amazon’s Ring and the Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence to support survivors of domestic violence. The initiative includes the donation of one thousand Ring X Line devices, each equipped with a basic Protect subscription, distributed evenly across all 102 Illinois counties. The partnership aims to enhance home security for survivors, helping them feel safer as they move forward. Additionally, Ring has contributed twenty-five thousand dollars to further assist the cause and sustain advocacy programs. The effort underscores a united commitment to safety and support for those affected by domestic violence in Illinois.
