COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST SATURDAY

Thermometer on snow shows low temperatures - zero. Low temperatures in degrees Celsius and fahrenheit. Cold winter weather - zero celsius thirty two farenheit.

Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 25 below are expected in portions of central, east central, and west central Illinois. This advisory remains in effect until noon on Saturday. The dangerously cold wind chills are predicted to be as low as 25 below zero, which could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, such as a hat and gloves.

And keep pets indoors as much as possible.
