Decatur Man Accused of Attacking Wife
A Decatur man is accused of attacking his wife. Authorities say Carl Klaus faces two felony counts of aggravated domestic battery by strangling and aggravated battery causing great bodily harm. The incident happened Monday night at Phillips and Ridgeway Drives. Police say Klaus attacked the victim after she got excited while watching football in the living room. The victim’s condition hasn’t been released.
