NEXT GEN BUILDING INITIATIVE
The Illinois Housing Development Authority and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation announced that individuals may now apply to be part of the 2026 class of the Next Gen Capacity Building Initiative. The program is designed for emerging developers to gain knowledge in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry. Next Gen applications will be accepted through Dec. 4.
