No charges will be filed in the deadly April crash at an after-school camp in Chatham. State’s Attorney John Milhiser says the evidence indicates that it was most likely a medical episode, possibly a seizure, that caused Marianne Akers to veer off the road and crash into the YNOT building, killing five people. Toxicology tests were negative for drugs and alcohol. After the crash, Akers’ driving privileges were canceled.
