Governor Pritzker is calling for calm following Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The governor criticized the president for not directly condemning political violence, accusing Trump of fanning the flames of division. The governor said his office has seen an increase in the number of threats since Kirk’s death last week. He called for the country to come together to end political violence.
