Decatur Man Already Charged With Child Porn Possession Now Accused Of Child Sex Abuse
(Decatur, IL) — A Decatur man already charged with possessing child pornography is now accused of child sexual abuse. Police say Kevin Horve was re-arrested last week in his cell at the Macon County Jail. The new charges were filed after a woman told the Decatur Police that Horve had sexually abused her as a child. He has been denied pretrial release in the new case against him.
