RAOUL LAWSUITS
Attorney General Kwame Raoul has joined several attorneys general in filing two lawsuits against the Trump administration. One lawsuit seeks to block the U.S. Department of Energy from imposing a funding cap on state-run energy programs. The other lawsuit claims that states will be unable to access funds to support crime victims unless they support the administration’s immigration enforcement efforts.
