Decatur PD Promoting Lieutenant To Deputy Chief
(Decatur, IL) — The Decatur Police Department is promoting Lieutenant Scott Rosenbery to Deputy Chief of Police. He will take over as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Investigations Division, replacing Brian Cleary, who is retiring. Rosenbery has been with the department since September 2006 and most recently served as the Lieutenant of Criminal Investigations.
